The newly introduced model, XY-Pure P75, utilizes high-quality Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) as its primary material. It boasts multiple advanced characteristics including ultra-high gloss, ultra-hydrophobicity, anti-yellowing properties, UV resistance, and environmental durability. With a total thickness of 190 microns and integrated heat self-healing properties, the film effectively guards against minor scratches and environmental damage to the vehicle's paintwork.
In terms of performance, the XY-Pure P75 has demonstrated excellent results through a series of rigorous tests:
-Weather Resistance: After QUV accelerated weathering testing, the color difference (△Eab) measured only 0.15, far superior to the standard requirement of <2, showcasing exceptional resistance to UV radiation and aging.
-Optical Performance: The film achieves a remarkable gloss level of 98.1 (measured at 60°) and a UV blocking rate of 98.5%, ensuring the vehicle's original color and shine are maintained while providing superior protection.
-Adhesion Strength: The acrylic layer peeling force reaches 1600 gf/inch after 20 minutes and increases to 2330 gf/inch after 24 hours, guaranteeing a firm and durable bond to the paint surface.
Furthermore, this PPF series is available in multiple standard colors and supports custom color options to meet diverse customer preferences for vehicle aesthetics. The product is offered in various roll widths, including 50cm, 76cm, 100cm, and 152cm, all with a standard length of 15 meters per roll, catering to different vehicle types and installation requirements.
